These Terms of Service explain how you may use TrendMint, what we provide, and the responsibilities that apply when you access our mobile apps, websites, APIs, or related services.

1. What TrendMint is

TrendMint helps users discover trend signals, organize those signals into projects and boards, build post plans and publish packages, and track live posts after publishing. TrendMint may integrate with third-party platforms, billing providers, messaging systems, and hosting infrastructure to deliver these services.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to use our services and create a valid account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the security of your credentials, and for all activity under your account unless caused by our own failure to protect it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse TrendMint. This includes, without limitation:

• Violating any applicable law, regulation, platform rule, or contractual obligation.
• Using TrendMint to send spam, deceptive content, malware, or abusive material.
• Attempting to scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service beyond normal use.
• Using TrendMint in a way that infringes the rights of creators, brands, platforms, or other users.
• Uploading or attaching content that you do not have the right to use, publish, or analyze.

4. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Some TrendMint features are available only on paid plans such as Basic or Premium. Billing may be managed through Apple, Google Play, RevenueCat, or other payment processors we use from time to time. Subscription renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing windows are also subject to the policies of the platform or processor that handles your purchase.

Unless required otherwise by law or platform policy, fees are non-refundable once charged. We may change pricing, features, or plan limits in the future, but changes will not apply retroactively to charges already made.

5. User content and publish tracking

You retain responsibility for the projects, captions, drafts, publish packages, live post URLs, notes, and other materials you provide to TrendMint. By using the service, you grant us the limited rights necessary to store, process, display, analyze, and transmit that material so the product can function.

If you attach a live post URL, you confirm that the URL is accurate and that you have the right to connect it to your TrendMint account or workflow for performance tracking and analysis.

6. Third-party platforms and platform dependency

TrendMint depends in part on third-party platforms, stores, APIs, and policies. Those external services may change functionality, restrict access, modify rate limits, reject integrations, or remove capabilities without notice. We are not responsible for a third-party platform’s downtime, policy decisions, API changes, moderation choices, account restrictions, or store review outcomes.

Your use of connected platforms such as TikTok, Apple, Google Play, or future destination platforms remains subject to those services’ own terms, community rules, developer policies, and privacy notices.

7. No guarantee of performance or results

TrendMint provides signal analysis, planning support, and tracking tools. We do not guarantee virality, engagement, reach, sales, ad efficiency, ranking outcomes, or business performance. Trend data is directional and may change quickly.

8. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, improve, or discontinue any part of TrendMint, including features, integrations, plan limits, and experimental workflows. We may also apply maintenance windows, service protections, or reasonable usage limits to protect the service and our users.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these terms, creates security or legal risk, harms the service, or is required by law or platform policy. You may stop using TrendMint at any time and may request account deletion as described on our account deletion page.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, TrendMint is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make guarantees about uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or fitness for a particular commercial purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrendMint and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for losses caused by third-party platform actions, store decisions, or external service failures.
