This Privacy Policy explains what information TrendMint collects, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have if you use our mobile apps, website, APIs, or related services.
1. Information we collect
Account information
We may collect your email address, login credentials, plan or subscription status, and basic account metadata necessary to create and maintain your account.
Product content you create or attach
We may collect projects, boards, drafts, publish packages, notes, captions, hashtags, templates, target channels, scheduling details, tracked post URLs, and other content you intentionally create, attach, or save in TrendMint.
Usage and diagnostics
We may collect service logs, analytics events, diagnostics, performance telemetry, crash data, security signals, and device or app-session information needed to operate, improve, and protect the service.
Billing and entitlement information
We may receive subscription status, purchase state, entitlement state, and billing metadata from processors such as Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. We do not store your full payment card details ourselves.
Notification data
If you enable notifications, we may store push notification tokens and related delivery metadata so TrendMint can send alerts or monitor notifications to your devices.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- Operate your account and deliver the core TrendMint service.
- Show trends, opportunities, templates, boards, alerts, and publish tracking.
- Support logins, subscriptions, entitlements, and account recovery.
- Send service communications, security messages, and product alerts.
- Measure service reliability, investigate issues, prevent abuse, and improve the app.
- Comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and protect users and the platform.
3. When we share information
We do not sell personal information in the ordinary course of the product. We may share limited information with service providers and processors that help us run TrendMint, such as:
- Hosting, database, storage, and cloud infrastructure providers.
- Billing and entitlement providers such as RevenueCat, Apple, and Google.
- Email or notification providers used for account and alert delivery.
- Third-party platforms such as TikTok when you explicitly use connected workflows or attach platform data.
- Security, logging, analytics, or operational tooling providers.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the service or our users, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or asset transfer.
4. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain records, support legitimate business operations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal or security obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the context in which it was created.
5. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of certain information associated with your account. You may also cancel your subscription through the platform that manages your billing. To request deletion of your TrendMint account, use the steps on our Account Deletion page.
6. International processing
TrendMint and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. When this happens, we use reasonable measures designed to protect information consistent with this policy and applicable law.
7. Children
TrendMint is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to create an account for this kind of service. If you believe a child has provided information to TrendMint without proper permission, contact us and we will review the issue.
8. Updates to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the product, platform integrations, legal requirements, or operational needs change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
