Account Deletion

If you want to permanently delete your TrendMint account, this page explains how to request deletion, what happens next, and what information may need to be retained for legal, billing, or security reasons.

1. How to request deletion

Send an email to support@trendmint.app with the subject line TrendMint Account Deletion Request. Please send the request from the same email address connected to your TrendMint account whenever possible so we can verify ownership more quickly.

2. What we will delete

After verifying the request, we will delete or de-identify the parts of your account data that are no longer needed to operate the service or meet legal obligations. This may include:

  • Account profile information and login access.
  • Projects, boards, drafts, publish packages, and notes linked only to your account.
  • Saved tracked post references and related workflow metadata, where deletion is operationally possible.
  • Push notification device registrations tied to your account.

3. What we may retain

We may retain limited information where necessary for legal, security, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or billing purposes. Examples may include:

  • Subscription or transaction records required by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or applicable law.
  • Operational logs, security events, backup records, or abuse-prevention records retained for a limited period.
  • Information needed to complete a legal obligation or resolve a pending support or payment issue.

4. How long deletion takes

We aim to review deletion requests promptly and complete the main account deletion workflow within a reasonable period after verification. Some backup, billing, or log records may remain until their normal retention windows expire.

5. Subscription reminder

Deleting your TrendMint account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or another external billing provider. You should also cancel any active subscription through the platform that manages your billing.
